Walt write a report on whales Whales
Whales can breathe up to an hour under water. When they go to sleep, their blow hole stays up top and they let their body stay in water.
Whales keep in touch with others by making sounds. They make clicking, whistling, squeaking and thumping sounds.
When whales swim, they flap their tail up and down not side to side. They use a lot of their muscles when they flap their tail up and down to make themselves move.
Whales eat things in the ocean. Whales with bristles suck it up because they have no teeth. They are called Baleen whales. The other group of whales have teeth and they eat big sea animals like dolphins, seals and squids. They can bite and chew these animals.
Whales are warm blooded just like humans.
